If we could summarize the focus of Dreamforce this year we can all agree that the “3rd Wave of AI” is the bridge that brings AI and humans together to create better experiences for everyone. The vision and journey of Salesforce moving into 2025 is now available to the public. And… it comes with these cool variants of SF Mascots which should become plushies sometime soon. (so, I think)
Dreamforce is in the books, attendees prepare to engage in a favorite zen activity (before getting back into reality), while others jump right back into their remote workspace or in-the-office routine. With so much taking place, last week, in the Salesforce ecosystem, what comes next? Here are some items you should check off your to-do list in the coming weeks to leverage this post-Dreamforce hype. Whether you attended or not these items apply to everyone.
With so many sessions, hands-on workshops, and networking activities there is always something to do at the Dreamforce. And… if you are familiar with how Salesforce releases content you will know fresh and new material is always getting uploaded days after the event. Around 25% of the content at Dreamforce was available to stream online at Salesforce+ with some key content now available on their YouTube site.
From the Main Keynote, True to the Core, Role Keynotes, Agentforce, and more there is content for anyone in the ecosystem. Therefore, streaming content online should be your first item on the list. Currently, there is tailored content based on topic, role, or industry available within Salesforce+. Simply head over to the streaming site and create your account. (if you haven’t done so already)
Also for a limited time only get a chance to learn more about Prompt Builder or Agentforce (formerly Copilot) with virtual hands-on workshops. Catch them now or until later this week.
And… don’t forget to check your favorite content creators for any coverage they upload to give you a different Dreamforce perspective.
As part of a $50 million initiative to bridge the AI skills gap between customers, clients, and partners Salesforce plans to offer “FREE” AI courses and certifications from now until 2025. From opening AI training spaces globally, starting with a pop-up AI Center in San Francisco, Salesforce aims to prepare the workforce for the future. Trailblazers can now access both online and in-person learning to build AI expertise and harness tools like Agentforce.
Currently, there are AI Associate and AI Specialist certs available to take at a charge, but with this change, both certifications will be available as a one-time only, free of charge. Leverage workshops, study materials, and virtual meetups to prepare you for them and ace them.
With Agentforce on the horizon, we anticipate that AI Administration, AI Architects, AI Developers, AI Marketers, AI Consultants, AI Designers, and many more certs are going to make their way to this ecosystem sooner than later.

This industry, just like any other, is jam-packed with various acronyms that help people elaborate on key topics with a specific combination of keywords, letters, or numbers. This year was no exception, with AI and Agentforce taking over the spotlight at every corner of the Moscone Center and the World Wide Web. Make sure to stay ahead of the curve and pick up on these to know what everyone around you is talking about.
Whether you need to rewatch some videos, read blogs, or take advantage of all those email communications headed to your inboxes. Read through each material to quickly identify what keywords or acronyms get used often. If you plan to be part of the ecosystem learn the lingo of the ecosystem, and familiarize yourself with the communication terms. Things change quickly like Einstein Copilot to Agentforce, so stay relevant by catching these changes as they take place.
We are pretty sure you have a long to-do list after this mass-scale event. So, make sure to consume your favorite revitalizing drink (coffee for me, please…) and dive into each item. Allocate small chucks of times each day to ensure you don’t exhaust yourself, but stay consistent. You don’t have to know everything at once but the more you practice it the simpler it eventually becomes.
Until next time keep working hard, smart, and happy. And we’ll see you in the cloud!
